Service Charge Structure
Unlike Western universities which operate on a commission basis, Chinese Universities do not pay agency commissions. Instead, charges are determined by the scholarship type secured and covered by the partner agency. Fees are quoted in USD and payment is triggered by JW202 issuance — not before.
