• Pre-departure orientation and support

• Document verification and translation services
• Test preparation guidance (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, etc.)
• Accommodation and travel assistance

Our services are provided on a consultation basis, and we act as intermediaries between students and educational institutions, government agencies, and other relevant parties.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

Fees and Payment

Our fee structure is as follows:

• Initial Consultation: Free of charge
• Service Fees: As per our published fee schedule
• Third-party Fees: University application fees, visa fees, and other government charges are separate
• Payment Terms: Fees are due as specified in your service agreement

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to change our fees with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EduExpress International and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

• Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
• Arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh
• Jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh
