See our study in China cost guide for living costs on top of these fees.
Scholarships
- Chinese Government Scholarship, bilateral program (Type A): full scholarship for bachelor's, master's and PhD students, applied for through the scholarship authority in your home country.
- Tianjin Municipal Government Scholarship: full or half tuition for bachelor's, master's and PhD students. Apply in TUT's system at the same time as your admission application.
- International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship: full scholarship for Chinese language students, through the separate online system run by China's Center for Language Education and Cooperation.
- TUT University Scholarship: partial scholarship for degree students, also applied for in TUT's system.
TUT sets the final scholarship type and level by ranking applicants against that year's quota. Its scholarship pages still show earlier-round amounts, so treat those figures as a guide only. Compare options in our China scholarships guide.
